Dehydrated Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients

• Artichoke Hearts (packaged in brine, not oil)

Instructions

1. Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts and chop into 1/4" (6 mm) pieces
2. Dehydrate at 135°F (57°C) for 5-8 hours until the artichokes are completely dried
