Benchfoods Dehydrators
It all started with a problem our company's founder was having when he was operating a cold-press, almond milk company. During the production process, the by-product of cold-pressing almonds is pulp, and the idea was to process it further to start producing almond flour.
In order to complete the final stage of processing, he needed a commercial dehydrator. He found that commercial food dehydrators had a starting price of close to £15,000! On top of that, the companies carrying them were only offering 1-year limited warranties with little customer service or ongoing support. A clear opportunity was revealed and the journey began.
One thing led to another and a partnership was formed with our co-founder. He had previously been running multiple business and ecommerce solutions, and could see the need for a service provider that could deliver quality products with a great experience.

Growth and Success
Things moved fast as there was a demand to fill. Many customers expressed that they had been so frustrated in the past, and Benchfoods Dehydrators offered relief and solutions to many issues in the industry.
In the time that Benchfoods Dehydrators started working on manufacturing partnerships and developing new improvements with their products, the sales through the US, Canada, and Australia were rapidly growing and the move to have more staff around the globe was necessary. Since then, the team has grown, spanning 3 continents.
In their success, they noticed that many of their early customers were growing their business, and coming back to buy larger dehydrators. This prompted Benchfoods Dehydrators to start working closer with their customers to develop an Industrial dehydrator range.
Benchfoods Dehydrators growth continues with operations now in the EU, soon to be in Mexico and Brazil to fill the demand Benchfoods Dehydrators are experiencing.
