Line the dehydrator tray with parchment paper containers. Make paper containers by cutting parchment paper into a square; fold up all edges so they fold over themselves.
Pour small milk in a thin layer on lined trays. Place in the dehydrator and dry at 135°F (57°C) for 10 hours or until milk forms a crackly sheet and has a yellowish color
Transfer crispy milk sheet into a blender and process into smooth powder.
