I bought this around a month ago and it finally arrived a few days ago, I love this beautiful piece of machinery

I bought it a few months ago and made biltong , banana chips and peach leather. The dehydrator is easy to operate and my products were very yummy.

Fast shipping and the product is lightweight, easy setup, easy controls, it has a huge range of temperature and hours to handle everything from fruit, spices, jerky, and biltong (I like 75F for about 6 days). Great warranty and customer service.

Have wanted an upgrade for ages.
Unpacks easily and after unwrapping & washing the trays and mats, she's all set to go.
My only issue is the length of the power cord,not long enough considering the safety instructions state the dryer needs to have at least 30cm clearance around it.

We've been using our Bench Foods 10-Tray Dehydrator for about three weeks now, and we're absolutely thrilled with it! It's incredibly easy to use, delivers consistent results, and has quickly become a kitchen staple in our home.
So far, we've dehydrated apricots, nectarines, peaches, apples, strawberries, and mangoes. We've experimented with different slice thicknesses to achieve a range of textures – from chewy to crispy – and every batch has turned out perfectly. The kids absolutely love the homemade dried fruit snacks!
We also made fruit roll-ups using a yogurt, berry, flaxseed, and chia smoothie mixture, and they were a huge hit – tasty, healthy, and fun to make.
Today we started our first batch of biltong, and we're already excited to see how it turns out.

My only small wish is that Bench Foods would create an app or online community where users could easily share recipes, photos of their results, and reviews/comments on each other's creations. It would be amazing to see what everyone else is making!

Good unit. Well put together. Quality components. Great for first getting into jerky as it is set to go with Xtra Matt's, longer timer options than other units I looked at, more temp settings.

Very happy with my purchase. Does everything as advertised. I don't have to rotate or flip product, is quicker, there isn't any hot or cold zones as the product dries evenly across the trays, controls are simple to use, I like the window in the door and the build quality is exceptional

I BOUGHT ALL ONLINE AND IT WAS EASY FOR A 71 YEARS OLD NOT TOO INTERNET WISE, I GOT ALL THE INFO I NEEDED, EVEN THE USERS MANUAL, AND EVEN I GOT A 10%DISCOUNT USING THE PROVIDED CODE, THAT MADE ME SO HAPPY BECAUSE I NEED TO PAY CREDIT CARD INTEREST ON THIS NEEDED LONG TIME PLANNED PURCHASE, BUT I HATED THOSE PLASTIC DEHYDRATORS, SMALL AND I DID NOT TRUSTED THEM, I FOUND THE REAL DEAL, SOMETHING THAT I CAN LEAVE TO MY FAMILY WHEN I DIED (WHEN YOU ARE 71 YOU DO NOT KNOW IF YOU WILL WAKE UP THE NEXT MORNING).

We purchased our 1st 16tray dehydrator approximately 10 years ago. We have since purchased another 7 dehydrators. Obviously this tells you that we are extremely happy with them. We use them to dry mangoes which we have been doing for over 30 years. These machines give our most successful results. We have recently started to dry beef jerky and are happy with the results of this also.
