Dehydrated Fruit Roll-Ups

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Mango
- 2 Cups Pineapple
- 2 Cups Pear
- 2 Cups Raspberries
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Vanilla Bean
- Juice of 1 medium Lemon
- 1 Cup Apple
- 1 Tbsp. Maple syrup
- 1 tsp. Lemon Zest
- 2 Cups Peaches
- 2 Cups Apricots
- 2 cups Strawberries
- 1 Cup Greek Yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Vanilla Pod
- 2 Cups Mixed Berries
- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 1 Cup Banana
Instructions
- Blend all of your ingredients together until you have a smoothie like consistency.
- Spread out mixture on a non-stick dehydrator mat and dehydrate at 104°F (40°C) for 6-8 hours.
- Peel the roll-up off the non-stick mat and cut & roll or rip into pieces and store in an airtight container with a moisture absorber.
